Empire Night League currently includes two competitive adult divisions.
Simple standings format so every team knows exactly where they stand.
Current teams registered in the Men’s Open Division.
Current teams registered in the Restaurant League Division.
If teams finish level on points, standings will follow this order.
Quick-match rules and game-day policies so players, coaches, and teams know what to expect.
All games are 8v8 with two 25-minute halves.
Subs are allowed on the fly or during any dead-ball situation.
Offside does not apply in this indoor league.
Slide tackles are not allowed at any time.
No handling pass-backs and no throws over midfield unless touched.
No untouched punts over midfield. Drop kicks are not allowed.
All balls out of bounds return to play with a throw-in.
Most fouls restart with an indirect kick. In the box, ball is placed 10 yards out.
If the ball hits the ceiling, restart with an indirect free kick from below that spot.
Immediate ejection plus suspension for the following game.
Bring both color jerseys. Home team must change if colors conflict.
Shin guards are mandatory for all players.
